CAN’T STOP, WON’T STOP

Try as I might, I am not an exercise person. But I looove to dance. So every week you will find me in Central Park with Sol’s Zumba crew, rain or shine. That’s the power of Sol. She’s channeled her generous spirit and boundless energy into creating a caring, welcoming, and FUN environment that will leave you feeling energized and happy. Come for the boost of endorphins, stay for the people. You won’t regret it, I never have!

Whether you have years of dance training or two left feet, Zumba is everyone’s home. It’s a safe space to meet great people, get an excellent cardio workout, and have fun. Sol’s energy is contagious!

It doesn’t matter how bad or overwhelming my day has been, I come to Sol’s Zumba class and my day immediately gets better. Zumba is my go to for everything, good or bad. However, it is not just zumba, Sol is an amazing person, instructor and friend and her energy and love for zumba makes this class such a safe space for everyone and anyone from all walks of life and I will forever be grateful for Sol! She truly is a ray of Sunshine!!

With the challenges of living in a pandemic, balancing work and family, Zumba Con Sol has offered a place where we can let loose, have fun, and feed the body and soul. Zumba is my therapy. No matter what kind of day/week I am having I know that 3 times a week I can go to an environment that is full of love, dancing and great music where I can truly be able to let it go!.
